You can return all products within 14 days of receipt.

The shipping costs are always borne by the customer. If we have made a mistake, we will of course refund it.

If your return complies with the guidelines, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 days of receipt of your order in our warehouse. By default, the refund will be made using the original payment method with which it was paid, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the customer.
